Become a Member

To get started listing your service on employhere.com, you first need to join as a member.  Please make sure to fill out your profile with details about what makes you great.  You can login using Facebook or Google too.

Get Verified

Before you can withdraw funds, you must get verified.  Please upload the following:

  • A copy of your government issued photo identification
  • For US Members, A completed W-9 form.  You can find one from the IRS website here

Document review can take 24-48 hrs.

Create a Listing

Once you have created a member profile, you are ready to create a service listing.  To get started, click on List Your Service.  You can find this under your member dashboard.  Follow the steps to list your professional service and don’t forget to upload a photo!

How long does the booking process take?

The booking process takes approximately 5 minutes if you have already setup a profile.

What methods of payment accepted?

We accept most major credit cards.

What do I do if I receive a tax statement?

We do not collect or file taxes for members or clients.  Each member is responsible for their tax filing.

Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?

Each member booking will only accept one form of payment.

How do I edit or remove a payment method?

Payment methods are not stored on the website.  They are entered at time of booking only.

Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?

Changes may be done before payment has been completed.

How do I cancel a reservation request?

Log into your Dashboard, view the request, select details and cancel the request.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

The status of all reservations can be found in your Dashboard under Bookings.

How do I find my reservation?

All reservations can be found in your Dashboard under Bookings.

When am I charged for a reservation?

Instant Bookings are paid upon making the reservation.

Pending Bookings are paid when the member accepts the request.

What happens if the member cancels my reservation?

You will be issued a refund.

What is the Resolution Center?

Please email support@employhere.com if you need assistance.

Should I book if I have not heard back from the member?

Please make sure to verify the member meets your requirements.  Communication is key.  Use in-app messaging so there is documentation in the event of a dispute.  If a member is not responsive, we recommend finding another member to book.  We are here to help if you have any questions.

How do I share booking details with others?

You will receive a confirmation with all the details of your booking.
