Jamie graduated with a B.A. from the University of Iowa’s Theatre Arts program in 2004 and continued his education at The Second City in Chicago. In 2008 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue film, which led to work as a Production Assistant, Camera Operator, and Director of Photography. He has created web and television content for companies such as Red Bull, TOMS, Ben & Jerry’s, NFL, Spike TV, Los Angeles Football Club, Adobe and Universal Music Group. Jamie lives in Los Angeles, where he works as a freelance filmmaker and endures a love-hate relationship with the sun—-which provides cheap lighting, but burns up the clouds in his time lapses.
